It makes sense in that the Libertarian-leaning Republicans would tend to support voting rights and still vote R while the Trumpetters are the hard-core racists who would oppose expanding access to ballots. That's enough of a split to add to a unified Democratic vote on the issue.

I agree there's almost certainly some ratfuckery going on with a lot of the elections and there need to be investigations so this is going to be a long couple weeks.

But also tribalism is a hell of a drug and some people actually do vote for progressive policies while also voting for a shitbag Republican, just because they've always voted for a Republican.

I guess this makes as much sense as anything. And this massive influx of new voters are likely to turn FL blue for the future. But it still smells to coffee.
