Be’f Pot Pie with Gardein™ Inside
Inspired by the ultimate comfort food—beef pot pie—this vegetarian, plant-based pot pie is full of the same hearty, indulgent feel, but with plant-based goodness.www.mariecallendersmeals.com
Be'f pot pie. lol
I'll report back on how it turns out.

It's not vegan. It has milk in it.Reporting!
Not bad. I'm not really sure it's vegan, but...The "meat" itself definitely tasted like the 'e' was missing, but it was kind of close, not horrible or anything, including the texture. And the gravy passed the 'sop it up with a slice of bread' taste test.
I'll have to give the Chick'n one a try next time...
No wonder I didn't hate it.It's not vegan. It has milk in it.
I usually expect good things from Marie Callenders. Even though I'm a meat-eater, I'll have to give these a try.Reporting!

Because stuff! Why bother to make your salad and veggies look, feel, and taste like meat?
It's January. Side gets extra grumpy in January. And February. And March...Not sure why that is strange.
Yup. Winter blues. It's January. Side gets extra grumpy in January. And February. And March...
I betcha when they chop up a head of lettuce, they make a real mess.F*** we even have a brand now a days called Vegitarische slager (Vegitarian butcher).
I like to try new things.
I’ve never had cream of wheat. I think my mom used to eat it when young. Anyhow, I just googled it and I’m sorry, I know many love it and I’m sure it can’t be all that bad but, it doesn’t look very appealing.

I love porridge (oats) but I make it thick.
Do you just eat this with a spoon? In a cup? Is it better when it sets? Would it be okay if I made it thicker? I’m googling images but you just see it in a bowl. I prefer to chew things so I’m thinking of adding nuts and fruit like I do with yogourt. Can you toast the farina a bit before adding milk just to add taste?
I used to eat it growing up. I'd make it thick (so that answers that question), then add a bit of milk and butter to it, and sometimes a bit of maple syrup. It's actually pretty good. That Cream of Wheat in your image there is way too runny for my tastes.
