oh .. chikins lol... thank you but I prefer wild and raucous chikins haha.

about opening jars. when yure isn't here and I have to open something.. I have a trick. I use my potato peeler...
wot??? you say.. well yes and no

see that thingie on the side.. if you have a potato peeler like this.. insert that part under the lip of the lid .. between lid and jar and push the peeler down so that thingie stretches the lid out just enough to pop the vacuum of the jar lid.. after that its easy peasy japanesey.. as they say ..

I like the idea of "swirls of blue cheese," but I'd worry over why they call it chicken wing...

Why on earth would I like to taste chicken wing with swirls of blue cheese, when I fancy an ice cream?
What is next?
KFC announcing chicken wings tasting like vanilla ice or flavored as Hungarian goulash?

Next, chicken wings that taste like heavenly hash, or mint-chocolate!

I’m going to be honest here, I have never eaten a chicken wing in my life. Without googling them right now, I couldn’t even tell you if they have bones or are just wing-shaped nuggets.

Not that we don’t have them here, it just never came up.

Korean fried chikin is the absolute pinnacle of chikin. TBH even though I go on and on about chikin, basically I was a roast chikin gal and not so much fried .. but once you have had Korean fried chikin, one never looks back. I made it the other day, and yure while eating like the 4th or 5th piece says.. 'This chikin makes me so sad' I was shocked and asked why???? 'because,' he says 'soon I am going to be too full to eat more.'

Here is a still life with my Korean fried chikin

They are typically served here either bone-in or boneless, and are actual chicken wings, not nuggets. They're actually quite good, especially when slathered with your choice of sauce (buffalo wings dipped in ranch are awesome). But they're pretty caloric, so it's best to not over-indulge.

Martha Stewart has an intriguing recipe.

I find it very important that I still can taste the main ingredients of food.
So when I eat chicken, the texture and the taste should be chicken.
In chips i want to taste potato, in ice cream milk and so on.
A little flavoring is okay, but as soon as additions like sauces or seasoning take over or disguise that taste, it is not for me.

Do you have an opinion on tofu or pasta?
