I have an over abundance of bell peppers and zucchini so tonight I'm making ratatouille or as my brothers used to refer to it when my Mom's garden produced too many zucchini (rat-a-pooie). Actually, the kitchen smells wonderful and I took a taste and I can totally eat this for the next two days.
