Firstly, if anyone who identifies as Antifa uses that symbol, it is because of that original meaning. They could be choosing not to connect the dots, but they're that dense, too.
Secondly, while there is a red triangle emoji (part of a series of geometric shapes, AFAICT) it's not over of Facebook's dedicated ones. Or do they think it's the heart. reaction emoji ?
