Right. Review copies were sent to the media a few days ago, but warehouse quantities were shipped to places like Amazon *weeks* ago. That's so all the pre-orders can go out the day of official release. Same thing is done for DVDs and other mass media.

You have to wonder how people think amazon does dayofrelease deliveries. Do they think amazon stocks it in the morning then sends everything by super deluxe fedex a few minutes later?

If I ever got face to face with the man, I'd take off my mask, smile, and then spit in his eye.
I'm wearing a mask because I'm at elevated risk of getting very sick if I get Covid 19 because of my adrenal insufficiency. I just found that out today, from my endocrinologist. While a non-medical-grade mask doesn't protect the wearer that much it's still better than nothing.
I am going to have to wear one until there's a vaccine, and it has nothing to do with any feeling about him, although there's sure a fvckton of stuff to disapprove of (to put it mildly, lol).
Between him thinking the and the right wing assholes complaining that no one cares about their fee-fees having to wear masks, remind me who the snowflakes are again?

On the plus side, Bolton's and Mary Trump's book (Donald's niece) are coming out close enough to the election to be fresh in people's minds. There are already ads about Bolton's stuff out by the Lincoln Project. They must have gotten an advance copy, to be ready that fast. But also book publishers are filled with liberals. Mary has a doctorate in clinical psychology by the way. Her book comes out July 28th.

I'm really tempted to buy Mary Trump's book, if nothing else just to poke a stick in Donald's eye. If I pre-order a Kindle copy, and there's even a 5-minute download window, yet another poke in this eye.

I can't imagine growing up in that family. Whoever wasn't taken over by the pod people just have gone through hell. I hope he doesn't manage to stop her book.
