Well, he did try to report it to US authorities and was later contacted by the Secret Service. Perhaps in the Netherlands they use different terminology than what you are used to?

It is possible. The word hacker used to mean a white hat. The term ethical hacker is rarely used though.

I've designed more clothes than she has, and sewn them. Melania wears stuff other people made for her. Also, prisons have standard convict wear, you don't get to choose.

The judge overseeing the Flynn case, in dismissing it after Trump's pardon, questioned the validity of one with a corrupt purpose. Bribing a public official is itself a crime.
