My best theory so far is that old people are just slow.
Wait, I'm sorry. So you're "old people"?

Trump and Sanders are . . .Wait, I'm sorry. So you're "old people"?
bubbleboy said old people are slow, so I just figured...Trump and Sanders are . . .
He likes 'em that way.bubbleboy said old people are slow, so I just figured...
Also easier to pick up points when they're crossing the street! He likes 'em that way.
Creeeeeeepy.
Seeing as how I've already received the ire of Cristiano for memes in this thread, you'll just have to pretend I posted a screenshot from Deathrace 2000 here. Also easier to pick up points when they're crossing the street!
I know just the one you meant to post.Seeing as how I've already received the ire of Cristiano for memes in this thread, you'll just have to pretend I posted a screenshot from Deathrace 2000 here.
What's an even more interesting question is this one: how would the super delegates decide if it becomes a contested convention? They have no impact any longer on first ballot, but after that...I'm waiting for anyone at all to tell me...why Joe Biden?
*makes a joke about "senior administration officials"*Trump and Sanders are . . .
Multiple choice pop quiz! If you don’t know why some people here are supporting Biden, you are (select all that apply):Nobody here knows why. I've been asking the same thing, and the question just makes people angry, because they don't know what is appealing about Biden. I don't, either.
Why did so many young Sanders supporters fail to vote?My best theory so far is that old people are just slow. As you get old, your mind starts to slip, and you start thinking things like medical bankruptcies aren't a problem, and we should make all college students into indentured servants to bankers for eternity, and private prisons are awesome, and civil rights are bad.
Sorry, I wish I had a better answer for you, but that's all I got. I know there must be more to it than this, but these old boomers are inscrutable. Nothing angers them more than simple, direct questions like, "why?"
Yes.Okay, okay. I'm a bad person. You're a good person. Satisfied?
The eyeroll was not for you personally, but the article with somebody calling this a spoiler. I'm very irritated by it, because these people want a coronation. They want Biden to cruise through with no vetting, no criticism and to not even try to earn people's votes. It's setting up to continue this narrative to blame Bernie and blame Bernie's voters for Biden's impending loss if he's the nominee.

The Bernie Sanders spoiler campaign begins - The Washington Post
Opinions Add to list The Bernie Sanders spoiler campaign begins Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) at a news conference in Burlington, Vt., on Wednesday. (Salwan Georges/The Washington Post) By Dana Milbank ...www.evernote.com
He’s done. He knows he’s done. Everyone but the most sycophantic and pedantic are calling reality for what it is. But Sanders, the man, lacks any notion of grace or dignity, so he’s going to continue to inflict as much harm as possible as Sanders, the candidate. His goals aren’t focused on defeating the GOP, but on defeating Democrats. And too many in his little brainwashed army think that’s a virtue.Though unless Sanders achieves a remarkable breakthrough next week, it appears he's going to have an almost impossible job on his hands to turn things round.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg's getting up in years. I wonder what sort of Epstein-Kavanaugh will end up on the SCOTUS if she can't hold out another 5 years. Tell ya right now it won't be Merrick Garland. And too many in his little brainwashed army think that’s a virtue.
Or saying that Warren isn't a real progressive, because she didn't just go 'Oh, Bernie's running, time for me to drop out'...I’m trying to imagine what universe anyone can possibly be living in where they convince themselves that winning more votes is a coronation and the man who served as VP for eight years is unvetted by any meaningful definition of the term
I‘m guessing its the same one where toxic zealots are trying to push a “diminished capacity” narrative and snarking about Biden getting coronavirus while championing the dude that just had a heart attack.
The fact that he didn’t bow out and throw his support behind Warren after he had a fucking heart attack tells you all you need to know. He thinks he’s the only one that matters.Or saying that Warren isn't a real progressive, because she didn't just go 'Oh, Bernie's running, time for me to drop out'...
