There will be 10,000 National Guard troops in D.C. starting tomorrow, and the local police will be augmented by Secret Service and FBI. The Capitol Police are under new management and will be dressed appropriately this time (i.e. riot gear). D.C. is also under a state of emergency, so they can have curfews and checkpoints.

What Trump calls the "Deep State" is the four million honest and patriotic people who work for the United States government.
