Carlson is an American celebrity and his reach is mostly limited to the USA. Outside of the English-speaking world, he's pretty much a nobody. America has a population of 332 million people - TwitteX has a worldwide, monthly active user base of about 330 million people, about 100 million of those are expected to live in the US.
That means those 265 million views can only be explained by things like Musk forcing that feeble-minded nazi goblin on his customers, a lax definition of "view", counting single "views" as multiple "views" and excessive use of bots*.
Or maybe Musk just made that number up.
