Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has called on Democrats to start mocking MAGA men over what she says is a culture of “insecure masculinity” – and specifically called out White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller.

During a Sunday Instagram live, AOC urged fellow Democrats and activists to keep making fun of MAGA men, noting “one of the best ways that you can dismantle a movement of insecure men is by making fun of them.”

As part of her efforts, Ocasio-Cortez, 35, called Miller a “clown,” and said he looks like he takes his anger out on others because of his apparent short stature.

“Stephen Miller is a clown! I’ve never seen that guy in real life, but he looks like he’s, like, 4 feet 10 inches. And he looks like he is angry about the fact that he’s 4 feet 10 inches. And he looks like he is so mad that he is 4 feet 10 inches, that he has taken that anger out on any other population possible,” the New York Rep. said.

bah. I just spent way too long trying to see Stephen Miller standing next to people. heh. Ivanka Trump is listed as being 5'11". Stephen Miller is supposed to be 5'10" (Lara Trump is also listed as being 5'11"). The guy Miller is standing next to in the second shot, Mark Meadows, is listed as 6'1" on his Fulton County arrest record thingie.

I normally roll my eyes at efforts to profile people for their looks, but I can't help but feel like there is something going on here. The most right wing person I ever worked with looked like this too. Short, skinny, with gaunt, sunken eyes. I really wonder if there exists some sort of disorder that causes beliefs like this and also affects the body in this way.

This makes me think of other research that showed one of the best predictors of right wing beliefs is how easily grossed out you are. I suspect, but can't prove that people with this "condition" are caused to be very grossed out by people different from themselves.

We've talked about their creepy statements and treatment of the mentally ill and disabled before. But as others have said, we also can't keep track of every horrible thing they are doing.

Trump campaigned on shutting down the Department of Ed, so this topic has been discussed for the past year and more. Special Ed is just one piece of the Education pie he is attacking.
