I'd say its not Texas but [I'mma gonna guess] a GOP appointed Federalist society judge.
The Michigan Supreme Court ordered Thursday that a citizen-initiative ballot measure seeking to enshrine abortion rights in the state constitution be added to the November ballot.
The court's 5-2 ruling was issued the day before Michigan's ballot needs to be finalized on Friday.
Republicans taking the House and Senate seems a far more distant goal, now that Lindsay basically showed their hand way too early. Notice how they're scrambling now to do damage control.![]()
Republicans Move to Ban Abortion Nationwide

Republicans tried to sidestep the issue of abortion. Now they're seeking a reset.
For some, that has meant walking back support for a total ban, embracing more limited restrictions on abortion and trying to reverse the tide by painting Democrats as the radicals.www.nbcnews.com
We knew this was coming. We must keep the Senate and, if possible, increase our numbers. Once again, never believe these people. They have no honor whatsoever. They will bald-faced lie to get where they want, then once they have the power, they will push through the most draconian laws their cruel little minds can think up. Fuck them for attempting to override states' rights, as well. This would effectively be a blue state abortion ban since the vast majority of red states already have their punishing bans in place.
