I've heard truckers would put frozen food on their engine blocks to cook while travelling. I don't know the specifics but I imagine that even in winter you could cook a pretty mean pizza with enough aluminium foil, let alone summer. From what I've looked up, if it is 95 out and your car has been in the sun for at least an hour, your interior can get to 138 which is good enough for a pizza.

Mythbusters successfully cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner under the hood of a large car once, so it's definitely possible.

Everyone has their own tastes, even pineapple pizza. In Utah Phillips case, he was working for the Santa Fe Railroad. The food was the worst he'd ever had, dog bottom pie, pheasant sweat, otter water. The person who complained the most had to be the cook. So he tells the story of his cooking delicacy.
