I had to look that up. Looks amazing, and wiki says it’s typically made with blue cheese (or blue cheese dressing which would really push it to the top for me, although other cheeses can also be used.


I think I’m going to make myself a Cobb salad this weekend.

I’ve got everything prepped, just waiting on the bacon while sipping on a glass of dry white port.

I‘m adding (Oh no, here we go 🥹) a half of a red bell pepper from last night’s leftovers, and am using green onions ‘cause I don’t have any chives. I have everything else including blue cheese, and will be using Greek salad dressing. For a recipe, I just looked over the wiki and google images.

(God I love weekends. Wish they lasted 3 days…)

Ever since I first heard the term back at the end of the first Avengers movie, I assumed it was some sort of funny frozen yogurt dish.

I randomly looked it up and apparrntly its basically a taco. Like a gyro and a taco had a baby maybe.

The fruits are so good this year. Wild blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, and Ontario peaches. I’ve been gorging.

I washed and re-seasoned my cast iron pan today. Was putting it off since last year when a little rust showed up after some neglect. Anyway, made a potato and onion fry up with sausage using bacon grease. I think tomorrow will be a salad day.
