Trump indicted in Georgia 2020 election subversion probe

The 41-count indictment unsealed Monday in Georgia accused former President Donald Trump and the other 18 defendants “unlawfully conspired and endeavored to conduct and participate in a criminal enterprise” after Trump lost the election in Georgia.

The charges include False Statements and Solicitation of State Legislatures, high-ranking state officials, the creation and distribution of false electoral college documents, the harassment of election workers, the solicitation of Justice Department officials, the solicitation of then-Vice President Mike Pence, the unlawful breach of election equipment, and acts of obstruction.

Trump-supporting woman charged with threatening to kill Judge Chutkan

A woman from Texas has reportedly been formally charged with threatening to kill Judge Chutkan, the jurist overseeing Trump’s federal criminal case over allegations that the former president attempted to overturn the 2020 election using unlawful means.



Abigail Jo Shry, of Alvin, Texas, is accused of threatening to harm Chutkan as well as Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX). In doing so, Shry alleged used racial epithets and promised harm to anyone going after Trump. Chutkan has been the subject of attacks from Trump himself.

“According to the complaint, Shry admitted to Department of Homeland Security investigators she left the voicemail, which began, ‘Hey you stupid slave’ followed by a racial epithet and then proceeded to threaten to kill anyone who went after Trump. That list included Chutkan, Lee, ‘all Democrats in Washington D.C. and all people in the LGBTQ community,’ investigators wrote,” WUSA9 reported. “’You are in our sights, we want to kill you,’ Shry allegedly said at one point, later adding, ‘If Trump doesn’t get elected in 2024, we are coming to kill you, so tread lightly, b****.’”

Habba: Trump Isn't Worried About Georgia Indictment Because We Have Inside Information

In an appearance on Fox & Friends, Trump "attorney" Alina Habba claimed that Trump and team weren't afraid of the Fulton County indictment because of their possession of a report that Trump will release in a press conference next week that Trump claims will exonerate him.

After being pressed by Steve Doocy on the "perilous threat" presented by the Fulton County indictment, Habba shrugged it off, stating that Trump's team doesn't believe such a threat exists because of Trump's new "report."

Why wait to release this exonerating report? Why wasn't this information released, like, months ago? Years ago?
