The thing about America's political system is that it's not really designed for enabling government action.

Here's what I think is going to happen: half of America already hates Trump. So when he gets back into the Oval Office and pardons himself (that'll be the first thing he does) - those people will only become more galvanized. Then he'll make a big show out of putting up those tariffs and firing thousands of federal workers. After that's done, he'll hand over the work to Vance and go playing golf and watching TV. Vance and the other Project 2025 thugs will then hollow out the federal government, filling its ranks with loyalists until it barely functions.

And then, somewhere in the middle of next year, the economy will crash. Millions will lose their jobs and homes, including Trump voters. And it will be the fault of Republicans.

Really, why was then Kamala Harris not elected as next president? Winner takes it all and whatsoever, but given the lead Trump has he is for sure not as unpopular many of us wanted him to be.

The truth is a big chunk of Americans likes Trump and his positions enough to put him back in the oval office. Also, convenient for Trump the senate has now a Republican majority again.

And even if Trump would die in his next term due to old age, which is not so unlikely given his unhealthy life style, Vance for sure will be even worse.

Given the fact that most Americans feel the burden of the much higher prices in their wallets, the sitting president would normally be slaughtered with a landslide at the elections. Harris made it a tight race. That is a huge accomplishment, showing she is a great candidate and showing a lot of people don't want Trump. but not really relevant given the outcome of these elections.
Trump it will be again.
Price of the US dollar is up, Bitcoin too and the stock market will follow suit no doubt about that.

So now over to the implications:

1. if Trump makes the threats promises during his campaign come true America will be able to enjoy Elon Musk as secretary of the streamlining of administration department.
2. Goodbye Ukraine.
3. Putin is going to have a party, because Trump will be taking over destabilizing America personally. Lots of expenses saved in Russia.
4. Since Trump told Netanyahu "do whatever you want", Israel will go even more ballistic. No more US funding for the Palestines.
5. Wall to Mexico?
6. Big fat tax cuts... for the rich.
7. More abolishment of women's and worker's rights.

Given the amount of time left in the campaign after Biden stepped aside, I don't think even a white man could have secured the nomination AND successfully campaigned.

I also don't think Biden could have won, even though he won in 2020.

We put forward our best candidate, a really GOOD candidate, and instead the worst candidate in history won. This is who the majority of the electorate wants. They won it, now they own it.
