I suspect it's [bronx-accent]millionaires and billionaires[/bronx-accent], but no...not really.
But the problem is that the media has an outsized influence on how people perceive the world. It was the media that sold the lies about Iraq to the American people. Dissenting views are routinely squashed. People may not watch TV, but it's not just TV. Our papers of record all have a harmonious range of discourse, and anti-war voices are routinely stifled.
