I hate predicting the future, but this prediction has some authority behind it: Warren will be Biden's VP pick.

If I'm wrong, I'll eat the curry powder in the back of my condiments cabinet.
She hasn't even endorsed Biden yet. Now that I think about it, neither has Obama.

I guess Bernie is more pro-Biden than Warren and Obama at this point. Nobody can accuse Bernie of hurting Biden's campaign this time. It's now Biden's election to lose.

That's it, start thinking like a Democrat!

Meanwhile, the results of the fucked-up Wisconsin primary are finally in. Not that it matters, but Biden got twice as many votes as Sanders, winning in every county. Biden also won in Alaska, whose results were delayed too.

Something that does matter is a Democrat won the state Supreme Court seat that was open. That court prevented the governor from delaying the primary. A liberal Democrat replaced a conservative Republican on the court, reducing their balance from 5-2 to 4-3. Apparently voters were pretty pissed at being forced to risk their lives to vote.

They will still blame him anyway if Biden loses.

Sorry to ignore the previous 95 pages and still throw in my USD$0.02, BUT...

I was for Bernie in the 2016 primary and voted for Clinton in the general. I was for Mayor Pete this time and will vote for a Yeti if such is the Dem nominee. I believed from the day Bernie announced this time that his chance had come and gone.

But if the rank-and-file either won't vote at all (I've seen stats that voter turnout is lower than 2016) or will turn all the way over and vote for Trump (it happened last time) then there's no help for it. Our system is rigged in many ways (gerrymandering, voter suppression), but it is not yet completely corrupted, so a massive wave could do the trick. But if we are going to go limp or stamp our little feet and hold our collective breath until we get our perfect candidate,, then we deserve to lose.

(Edit to Add: My use of "we" is presumptuous. Not everyone here is a Dem. By "we", I mean the Dem party.)

I've actually seen friends saying to IGNORE Saint Bernie's endorsement, and fight to make this country socialist.... and I've also seen some saying 'Look, vote for Biden, because it still beats the alternative.

Me, I'll vote for the best candidate; unless Biden seriously flubs it in the next few months [and it would have to be a -really- serious flub], I am voting for him. I can't take another four years of having to risk seeing that -thing- in the white house now, or hear him, or even read what he's spouting. I can't. if he gets in again, then I'm legit just going to shut myself away, turn off the internet and be a real hermit - maybe see if my mom will let us build a tiny home in her yard [she's got a few acres and lives in a state where you -can- live off the grid]. Because I'm going to end up having a heart attack at this rate.... I don't even have a TV and I can't get away from that risk....

Nope. But some of his "supporters" I see on Twitter? Them? The ones who think voting for Trump will somehow show how "progressive" they are? THOSE people? You best believe I will blame them.
History says that people will do both, because that's exactly what happened this time.

Funny how people who don't like blanket statements about Bernie supporters are okay with casting blankets on others.

For the record, I didn't blame Bernie for Hillary's loss. Did I blame some of the same people getting loud on Social Media now, who did the same thing in 2016 they're currently mouthing off about? Yep. And will again.

Did I say you? No. It's a thing that clearly happens, people who still carry the falsehood that Bernie didn't do anything for Hillary and think he's the reason she lost, plus hating on his supporters. If it happened then, it will happen again, and they're already laying the ground to do the exact same thing.

We (the rest of the world) can not make you do so.

So we implore you, to get Trump off our daily news feeds.
To do that you need to get off your bum and not vote for him by voting for anyone else.
Thank you.
<3
Not to be a Debbie Downer, but voting the Orange Mussolini out of office will not get him out of our news feeds. It will get him out of using the US government like a pinata, but he'll be coughing up his special brand of hate sputum until he is finally laid to rest under six feet of heavy loam.

And all the channels will carry it like breaking news because enough of us will give our eyeballs to it and sell some ad space.

Happy, happy! Joy, joy!
