Yes, but that doesn't mean you can't remove Trump, and quite possibly gain control of the Senate, too.

That doesn't improve anything, but it does give a Democratic administration that opportunity to begin repairing the damage Trump's done during his term of office, and also start trying to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Certainly there's a monstrous edifice of corruption to dismantle, but under a Democratic president, at least some prosecutions will be possible, and I suspect once the feds and the IRS come after then, the whole gang of thieves will start turning on each other, selling each other out to try to avoid the consequences for themselves.

So today is the last "Super Tuesday" of the primary season. The following places are voting and their delegate count:

* District of Columbia - 20 (Biden 77%, Sanders 9%)
* Indiana - 82 (Biden 76%, Sanders 14%)
* Maryland - 96 (Biden 85%, Sanders 6%)
* Montana - 19 (Biden 74%, Sanders 15%)
* New Mexico - 34 (Biden 73%, Sanders 15%)
* Pennsylvania - 186 (Biden 77%, Sanders 19%)
* Rhode Island - 26 (Biden 61%, Sanders 30%)
* South Dakota - 16 (Biden 77%, Sanders 23%)

Biden magic number: was 437, per results = 79, gain = 358
Sanders magic number: was 974. per results = 974, gain = 0

Magic number is how many more delegates are needed for the nomination.
I'll update this post when the polls close and the votes come in.

[UPDATE] Per CNN results as of 8:35 am Wednesday Jun 3rd, around 85-90% of votes counted
[UPDATE2] 12:30 PM EST - Biden's magic number is now 60, a gain of 19 delegates since the previous results. Sanders still needs 974.
[UPDATE3] 10:30 PM EST - Biden's magic number is now 48, a gain of 12 delegates, Sanders now needs 956, a gain of 18 delegates. Total for the day is Biden 389 delegates, Sanders 18 delegates.

In case you needed any more evidence that the Bernie campaign was staffed half of salt-the-earth trolls and half well-intentioned people trying to keep the cart from going off the rails, the ex-staff are all going at each other on Twitter tonight.

So, the people in the campaign that still want to help bring about change even though they lost are “the enemy” for cooperating with other Dems.

The toxicity was coming from inside the house.
