(I realize times are dark right now but I’m stress-eating at the moment.)

For me:

Fresh blueberries and mangoes because obviously they don’t grow here most of the year (mangoes never) so I feel guilty buying them (transport —> fuel —> environment)

Chips, ‘cause I can’t stop —> is chipgut a thing? Like beer belly but tastier.

Anything with carbs.... though rice dishes and pasta especially.

Though I miss bread variety there is a decent keto bread now, so that's not as much a guilty pleasure for me.

Just made pierogis and kielbasa for dinner.
Kielbasa I can eat almost any way its prepared. There's a simple dish of potatoes and kielbasa sliced like coins and roasted together that is just fantastic (mix it up with some cabbage slices!).

I like pierogis but had some once where they turned out sticky and cloying. I haven't been able to enjoy them much since then.

I'm currently addicted to cheese on toast, made in my air fryer (toast brown bread with a toaster, then cover it with butter and grated cheddar, and put it in the air fryer at 200c for 12 minutes).

My great guilty pleasure, though, as a change from coffee, is my favourite way of making tea -- a 50/50 mixture of Lapsang Souchong and Russian Caravan tea (which isn't actually Russian, of course -- like Lapsang, it's a black Chinese tea), which can be drunk black, but I prefer it with a splash of milk, since that seems to cut the bitterness and enhance the smoky and spicy flavours.

I was introduced to that years ago, as a teenager, and I love it.

Water.
Ran almost boiling trough grinded roasted coffee beans. With a little bit of milk. No sugar, thank you.
Stirred, not shaken.

And french fries with mayonnaise or ketchup. No vinegar please.
Not stirred, not shaken.

In college I used to love french fries with tarter sauce, fish optional.

As long as the fish is very very optional I could live with that. :D
I only like sea food when it swims or crawls happily in their natural habitats.

Am I a sea-vegetarian?

Guilty please is like, food you like even though its bad for you?

Do ramen noodles count? I have not eaten the instant kind in a while though, so what I make is probably slightly more healthy.

Lately I have been really into eating Pizza Rolls when I dont feel like cooking. Intried Bagel Bites but they taste like... Well, basically nothing, I remeber those being tastier when Inwas younger, but Pizza Rolls are still pretty good and easy.

I always have pizza rolls in my freezer too for the more lazy cooking days.
Today might be one of those days. Or will I go for that pea soup that chills out next to them?

This is so weird I probably should just keep it to myself, but I love bone marrow, especially from a ham bone, but beef, lamb, steak will do. I'm lucky to get even a thimbleful at a time, so it's impossible to overindulge. Sigh.

If I could afford it, I would buy caviar. Or at least I would want to buy it. The cheap stuff isn't the same, and the truly good stuff is so expensive I couldn't justify the expense unless I was a millionaire.

When I was young I liked eating the fat off a steak. I liked it so much my mother and father would sometimes cut the fat off their steaks and dump it in my dish.

The last 20 years I haven't really eaten steak more than a few times, so I'm not sure if I'm as into the fat as I once was.
