What’s your guilty food pleasure?

1 cup real peanut butter.
1 cup boiling water.
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
To taste:
Cilantro
Garlic cloves
Crushed hot red peppers
Fish or soy sauce

Mix. Toss with hot noodles or use on chicken.

I'm terrible at using my own kitchen though, but with the pandemic shuttering so many of the restaurants in my neighborhood it's become more necessary.

Well these three days it is easy for a Limburger:
Nonnevotten. Our regional Carnival treat.

It has similarities with donuts, but it has a more fluffy texture and a bit different taste
No diet food, but a great comfort one. Tons of sugar over it.

It originates from the town Sittard in Limburg and the nonnevot was first mentioned in a document from 1676, but has most likely medieval roots.

Oh, I know, but these are keto because a ton of fiber, and it uses stevia, not sugar alcohols [that's what does it.

Also, all the keto goodies came individually packed into serving sizes, which is good because then I don't worry about it going stale.

I just bought a bag of 5 in the bakery across the street. Special offer 5 for 6.60 euro.
I think the baker will go as a robber to his carnival parties this year.

But they are hand made and delicious. Well it will be the only carnival activity for me this year.
Cafés and pubs are open at the moment, but I rather be safe than sorry.
