The melt-in-your-mouth kind, or the chewy un-breakable kind?When I was young I liked eating the fat off a steak. I liked it so much my mother and father would sometimes cut the fat off their steaks and dump it in my dish.
The last 20 years I haven't really eaten steak more than a few times, so I'm not sure if I'm as into the fat as I once was.
