Clergy already have that right.

Public Notaries might have the right to choose who they will or won't perform their functions for, and whether they charge or not. I'm not sure.

My guess is probably not... very few people seem concerned with transmen in male spaces. It's just blatant transphobia and a lot of these same transphobes don't realize they are actually setting up women to be destroyed by transmen not transwomen. Transmen on testosterone are much more able to compete with cis women than a transwoman on testosterone blockers.

Good point. My first thought was it's just transphobia but many of these same states have also talked about tracking periods for the purpose of finding possible abortions. Whatever their agenda, it would be awesome if every parent refused to answer and forced them to reconsider the policy or close down.

In any case, no matter what their agenda, this information is so easy to just fake, it serves no purpose whatsoever other than destroying the asker's credibility.

I suspect that part of the purpose is simply to demonstrate their right to police women's bodies, and to normalise this from an early age. Women's menstrual cycles are already a matter of considerable interest, after all, to prosecutors in several US jurisdictions after Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

Fox News host Jesse Watters has linked President Joe Biden's love of ice cream to Alzheimer's disease.

Watters made the comments after the president spoke to reporters while eating ice cream after taping a segment for NBC's Late Night with Seth Meyers in New York City on Monday.

"You know who lights up for ice cream? Children and the elderly. There's a reason caregivers deliver ice cream to their patients in nursing homes," Watters said on his show Tuesday night.

He explained that the Alzheimer's Association says ice cream is "a favorite for people with diminished faculties." Alzheimer's is the most common form of dementia and has no cure.

I guess I have Alzheimer's, then. Or I'm a child. Or I like ice cream? Hmm.
