Trump's inhibitions (such as they were) are now eroding as dementia takes bigger and bigger bites out of his brain. It's like watching a slow-motion train wreck.

Heather Cox Richardson made an interesting observation about his "Quiet, piggy" insult. It's like he reached back into his childhood to find the worst insult he could think of.
