Based on comments posted on X by an airline employee at Billings, there really was an emergency landing there. Yes, Trump owes money to the Bozeman airport, but he also owes money to the Billings airport, and neither of those debts would result in barring his airplane from landing there.

I doubt any airport would (could, even) refuse to allow a plane to land if it were experiencing mechanical difficulties.

However, if the airport had a court order, or could obtain one, allowing it to arrest the aircraft for unpaid landing fees, it could certainly prevent its taking off again until the debt was settled.

This is what happens when Republicans are in charge: Idaho has introduced a new parental consent law which prohibits minors from accessing rape kits exams without parent's approval.

This could become problematic if the perpetrator is a parent, family member or close family friend, which is often the case in that context.

According to the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network, an estimated 93 percent of child sexual abuse perpetrators know their victims, and 34 percent are family members.

“So, what I’m going to do as a nurse, if a child comes in and says, ‘My stepdad did this to me,’ and mom says ‘she’s a liar, she’s been nothing but a liar since she’s 8 years old, this is not true. He would never do that.’ And I will tell you that happens all too often as well,” she said.
