Sounds like their reasoning is similar to the Dred Scott (separate but equal decision) in that they can be discriminated against as long as they have their own facilities. Of course, Dred Scott was overturned in Brown vs. Board of Education. Different types of cases, but definitely similar thinking. This place should no longer be taxpayer funded, imo.

I doubt that. Because Dred Scott was the case that ruled people of African ancestry could never be citizens.... and that no one could write laws making slavery illegal.
[Well, short form of what I just looked up, anyway - I'm not a lawyer, and I didn't read the actual ruling. But we did learn about this way back when in school.
Unfortunately, I don't remember the ruling that overturned Dred Scott.

That's my fault. Earlier I mentioned Brown vs. Board of Education having overturned Dred. It was really Plessy vs. Ferguson that was oveturned, which had allowed "separate but equal" facilities to maintain Jim Crow in the south. The entire situation above in which they think they can say "No Jews allowed" as long as jewish folks have their own facilities is very much like Plessy.

I mostly agree, but I know several security officers, or former security officers, who just decided to do that, and weren't interested in being cops, but having a job where they can't help folks.
