It amazes me that I used to consider Greenwald to be on "our" side. That was a long time ago...

From the article:Here's a list of senators who just voted to let the FBI take your browsing history without a warrant. If your senator is on the list, don't vote for them.
We really need to get rid of Toomey and Casey in PA. Both parties are fucking us over.
Here's Who Just Voted to Let the FBI Seize Your Online Search History Without a Warrant
A bipartisan amendment that would have prohibited law enforcement agencies, such as the FBI, from obtaining the web browsing and internet search histories of Americans without a warrant failed to pass in the U.S. Senate on Wednesday by a single vote.gizmodo.com
Four members did not cast votes: Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE), Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-TN), and Sen. Patty Murray (D-WA).
Sen. Alexander is currently in self-quarantine due to a member of his staff testing positive for covid-19. Senators Sanders, Sasse, and Murray did not respond to a request for comment. We’ll update if they do.
Yup. Lovely how their attorneys ask for something they failed to provide to their victim.Too bad they rushed to judgement on Ahmaud Arbery. Throw the book at them.

Covid-19, murder hornets, and now this? I swear God must've run out of locusts and rivers of blood!
Now if the lizards could be trained to eat Murder Hornets and kudzu weeds... Get Jared Kushner onto it!Covid-19, murder hornets, and now this? I swear God must've run out of locusts and rivers of blood!
Kudzu, or as we call it down here, "The Creature That Ate the South", can be munched on by cattle and other livestock. In Japan, where it is native, the cold winters cause it to die back each year. The southern US is warmer, and gets more sunlight, so there is little to hold it back. We intentionally imported it for erosion control, which it does very well as the vine blankets an area. But then it got loose and infested lots of other places that are not being actively managed. Now if the lizards could be trained to eat Murder Hornets and kudzu weeds... Get Jared Kushner onto it!
Not kudzu, but when I had a house, the neighbors in back planted bamboo. They naively thought it works stay on their side of the fence. Since we didn't own a , it was a constant battle.
