I don't like this at all, not one little bit.
Actually, for him that is almost presidential compared to some other quotes. The President of the United States of America used the phrase "total bullshit" in a public statement. He sounds like a stupid teenager complaining about his mom finding his pot while cleaning his bedroom.
Ignore Steny. He has a bit of a...well, shit for brains.*looks at the rest of the Dem field expectantly*
***Classic*** behavior for the “flying monkeys of an NPD (and also typical for a cult). So Trumpists who learned a bit about the report have switched gears from exoneration to attacking the people who made the report. Quite a few on twitter are behind and still think the report exonerates him and it's over.

*I couldn't get the tweets from twitter to paste on here to show u guys grrrr. <----------------<
I thought so, that is normally how I do it but wasn't sure if it would have worked in here. tyty...hugsWhen you have the tweet you want to post open, copy the entire internet address and paste it directly into your reply here. The forum software takes care of the rest.
I don't know. That was my initial reaction as well, but the more I thought about it, the more I started to realize Mueller may have been really smart about it. He knew he could not indict a sitting president, so he sprinkled enough bread crumbs in his report for Congress to follow to impeachment proceedings and, ultimately, criminal prosecution.See? Mueller was a coward. You have Trump actively obstructing and still he wouldn't make a stronger statement about obstruction. Trump's exclamations reveal that he knew he wanted to disrupt and eliminate the Russia probe. It does not matter if there was no underlying crime.
Mueller could have said that Trump is a clear and present danger to national security and Congress must remove him to save the republic. That's pretty much the only rational conclusion to draw from the report's findings, were we not all inured to years of mounting treasonous kleptocracy.I don't know. So now they break section 508 too. When I was doing email recovery we used *gasp* a text format and searching was no problem.
Yup, and there's the kink in the entire works. Even if/when the House bring up Articles of Impeachment against Trump, all McConnell has to do is refuse to allow the Senate to act on it, and it's game over. The only way I can see around that is if McConnell is recalled. Unfortunately, that's not likely, because his constituents love him.Yet even if he'd said that, Mitch McConnell's hand would still be on the tiller, steering the nation to certain doom.
Impeachment will not remove Trump, but it will smear his presidency, and send a message to future generations that we did not just let him pass. Warren is exactly right.Yup, and there's the kink in the entire works. McConnell is 77 years old. Statistically, some of these old white men are going to die off soon. We can at least hope.Yup, and there's the kink in the entire works. It is Department of Justice policy that you can't indict a sitting president. The reasoning is that Congress is empowered by the Constitution to impeach for "high crimes and misdemeanors". As a separate branch of government, they don't have the obvious conflict of interest of trying to indict your boss. So Mueller, boy scout that he is, followed the rules. He wrote up his report in such a way that nobody can accuse him of bias, and now it is in the hands of Congress, and all the other criminal justice people he passed his data to. With all the noise about the report, most people have forgotten about the boxes of material seen leaving the Special Counsel's office. They were probably going to the Southern District of NY and New York Attorney General. So people say that Mueller should have brought charges or made it more clear that Trump is guilty. But I'm wondering if his job might be to submit the report to his boss, who is Barr, and let Barr do the talking, which I'm thinking is giving congress plenty of reason to impeach Barr. (?)
