Whodafuq keeps letting that absolute shitstain out of prison?! FFS, at this rate he should've earned 'solitary for life without chance of parole." or something.More on the Tate brothers' extradition and their links to the Trump administration

59 Charges, One Garden Party: Trump’s Envoy And Best Friend Threw A Soirée For The Tate Brothers Four Days Before The Feds Grabbed Them. Let’s Talk About It Because It's Way Worse Than You Think
The Tate Brothers are in solitary confinement, waiting to be extradited to the UK to face charges ranging from rape to sex/human trafficking to child porn and pedophile charges. Unless Trump steps in.deanblundell.substack.com
High profile alleged rapist and possessor of CSAM -- of course he's going to be segregated for his own protection.![]()
No contact with the outside world. Then how did he tweet?![]()
Yet they obviously gave him access to a computer or a phone.High profile alleged rapist and possessor of CSAM -- of course he's going to be segregated for his own protection.

I certainly wouldn't want to eat him for dinner. (oh ho, a cannibalism joke!)Though I can quite understand why his neighbour isn't happy about the situation.
Possibly his lawyer posted it on his behalf. They won't have been able to restrict his communications with his legal representatives.Yet they obviously gave him access to a computer or a phone.

Andrew Tate's lawyer: *slithers in his chair* Andrew, we need to discuss your extradition.Possibly his lawyer posted it on his behalf.

Later: Andrew Tate's lawyer (dictates into billing app)Andrew Tate's lawyer: *slithers in his chair* Andrew, we need to discuss your extradition.
Andrew Tate: Sure, sure. But first, log into my Twitter account and post a dozen or so tweets for me. Here's what I want you to write in each, and the images you'll need for some of them are the following...

The online reaction to Tate’s arrest feels very different from last year’s. Tate published the requisite “I’m being persecuted for my politics” video, but even for his fans it seems that excuse is getting old. The young men ranting about how he’s been set up are vastly outnumbered by reels mocking Tate’s ankle-exposing trousers, putting him into AI dances, and laughing as “Freakbob” (a Spongebob-inspired influencer) watches awkwardly as the Tates were hand-cuffed and led away. My 14-year-old son says his friends all think the Tates are lame: “no one follows them anymore.”

I'm reading the comments The Independent selected for their article. They sure have an interesting interpretation of what "roasted" means.
To be fair
I laughed out loud reading that. ...and yes, I imagine it's quite true. And, when the best argument your lawyer can come up with is "my client should not be extradited because he says he didn't do it" , you're in trouble.
...yeah... that's their ONLY hope, really. Trump might see them as useful, so they may elect to shield them. I hate to say it, but I really think that has more than a 50/50 shot of being the outcome. Tate and his army of sub-humans are useful to Trump. People who hate Tate were mostly not going to vote GOP anyway. That's all that Trump cares about. I think's very likely that Tate will try to talk to Trump and promise to push his fans to praise Trump forevermore if he cuts him a break. Trump has pardoned people for much less.Unless Marco Rubio is prepared to protect them...
Well, it's one thing to pardon people and another to interfere with the extradition process.I laughed out loud reading that. ...and yes, I imagine it's quite true.

I hope I'm wrong, but I have very low confidence that key people will do the right thing.
On the contrary:Well, it's one thing to pardon people and another to interfere with the extradition process.
This administration is full of people who suck at their job. They're lazy, incompetent and wholly unqualified. If they try to actually get anything done, the results are a shoddy mess. The reflecting pool disaster is a prime example for this.
It's also most likely how they got the Tates release in the first place: they just had their ambassador bully Romania into letting them go. They didn't follow any procedure, just told them do this, or else.
That's why Trump likes pardons so much. Pardons are easy: someone gives him money and he puts his name on something. No actual work involved. He's done that his whole life.
Blocking the extradition of the Tate brothers on the other hand would require finding someone who understands how the process works, putting together a legal argument and then going to the right judge to file a complaint. That's actual work, Trump's not going to do that.
It's more likely that he'll order federal officials to just stop complying with the extradition, but that would be so far outside of the legal boundaries that it would be guaranteed to blow up in his face. The Tates probably aren't worth that much to him.
Blocking the extradition would be very simple. The extradition request shouldn't trouble the courts for long since in this case there's nothing complex or unusual to decide, so it's no more than a matter of checking the paperwork. The UK's current extradition treaty with the US is 20 years old, so both sides understand each other's requirements. Extradition from ECHR countries, such as the UK, to the US is more complicated than from the US to the UK because the US legal and penal systems have all sorts of human rights issues, as we saw with the Assange case, and we sometimes also refuse on health or dual criminality grounds (i.e. the conduct alleged on the indictment doesn't amount to a criminal offence in the UK).Blocking the extradition of the Tate brothers on the other hand would require finding someone who understands how the process works, putting together a legal argument and then going to the right judge to file a complaint. That's actual work, Trump's not going to do that.
Your reasoning is of course sound, but we all know how erratic and irrational the evil Cheeto can be. I'm of course very hopeful they will leave them to rot. It's the right moral thing to do, and it will be SOOO SWEET watching the melt downs of their fans. That can change, of course, but I suspect that Trump and his advisors are reasoning that the Tates' supporters will soon forgive him for handing them over to the British criminal justice system (he probably believes, with reason, he could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot both brothers without losing any of his hardline MAGA fanatics) and that the last thing he needs right now is to stir up a domestic and international controversy about protecting yet more alleged prolific rapists, sex traffickers and creators of CSAM who aren't even connected to Jeffrey Epstein.
One reply to this, can't find it now, was something like "Donald *Sexual Abuser* Trump"![]()
