I do wonder how often these names are real vs just protecting their real names from the press. If I was super famous then had a kid, I could see myself naming them something normal like Anders then telling the media "Oh yeah, my son is named "Zippy du Wat!"
They'd have to see women as real people enough for them to count as being 'alive'. The concensus that I've seen among conservative men is that women, like children, are merely an extension of a man. Like hair or fingernails... they serve a purpose or they're lopped off.
