On an other note, i tried making truffles by hand over the holidays and I suck at making truffles.

Too hard and sticky to roll. I now have two bowls of hardened chocolate in the fridge I’m not sure what to do with other than heat up in the microwave a tad and scoop up to eat.

I just tried Impossible nuggets for the first time tonight.

OMG.

I love these things.

I literally can't tell via my senses that they're not really chicken. When you bite into or break one open, it looks just like chicken. It tastes EXACTLY like chicken - and honestly, it tastes better than any so-called "real" supermarket nug I can remember eating. It feels like chicken when you bite into it and chew it. There's no weird aftertaste or anything like that. If somebody set these on a plate at a party or something I wouldn't even guess.

This is it, this is the turning point for me. I have no reason to ever buy "real" chicken nuggets again, unless the price on these things gets dumb.

I'm happy the company had enough self awareness to realize how badly that could potentially be taken. But I'm sure most of us fans had meatloaf in his honor the day of his passing, though it's best on a hot summer night by the dashboard light.

And now, I really must know how one grills meatloaf.

Bake the meatloaf and let it cool before slicing and grilling thick slices of it. Do not pour suga ketchup, or whatever, over the top when baking. Chop the ingredients finely and use plenty of binder.
