I thought the original video was its own satirical commentary -- his look of petulant bemusement, "wft am I supposed to do with this -- and which way up does it go, anyway?," as he keeps on trying new ways to pose with it.

It's a bit reminiscent of when he was struggling with the umbrella that time trying to board the plane, and eventually thought, "sod it" and just dropped the damn thing.

He doesn't really even have to knew what he meant himself, because he's reveling in the chaos and destruction, in general, and in NY in particular. He doesn't have to think of who he send, because he didn't intend to.
It's either that, or "all your nstional guard are belong to us", like the national stockpile of PPE.

Parsing these words of the President of the fucking United States of America:

Radical left and other forms of lowlife and scum: To him, anyone who disagrees with him falls under this category. Doesn't matter if you are a loyal, constitution-loving, even religious person. You are part and parcel of those he has declared to be lowlife and scum, much like how he has categorized the press as the "Enemy of the people". Should you disagree with him on even the slightest thing; you are now the enemy.

This is how his brain works.

I just wanted to add that he recently declared the Mayor of Minneapolis as "Radical left" This is important. He does'nt distinguish those he views as scum and low-life and those democratically elected. They are all the enemy, one and the same.

Which pretty much portends what we will see in DC tonight. Since we were able to vote for president in the 50s not once have we voted for an r. The r party here is a joke. It got less than 5 % of the popular vote here in 2016. You do not think the orange one knows that? This is the only place it controls the national guard too.
