Here's a thought, not that I want to encourage this, what about, "Free bonus item with purchase".

Spend 25L$ on this limited edition wooden cube prim from a store, get a random free bonus item with it!

Another loophole I have seen from Japanese makers, where they include candy with items. Technically you are buying the (expensive) candy, but the item is included with it.

LL will fall for that trick as the Lucky Eggs lottery clearly shows. (you purchase a horribly expensive egg item and "as a bonus" enter a L$ raffle LOL - people have reported them for gambling violation and they are still around... so yes, LL will definately fall for the cube trick)

In response to Linden Lab's decision to ban gacha venders after September 1st 2021, we've devised a new system that aims to be both more consumer friendly and allow shop owners to choose how much they wish to provide to customers at specific cost tiers.

The concept at heart is simple:

SHop Owner A decides that they would like to have X Number of tiers. Creators can decide how many products they would like to include in a tier. All items in all tiers arae advertised on the vendor, there is no chance involved. Tiers arae gauranteed purchases.

Purchasing one tier unlocks the ability to purchase the tier following it.

Customers can click on the item that they most on the vendor, and the vendor will tell them how many tiers they must purchase in order to unlock the ability to purchase that item.

I'm not sure how you can ban pants AND adult activities.

Nah. For only a mere 2000 L per baby I will take care of them in my orphanage. You'll never have to worry about them again nor how many prims they use, Older children can also stay but at a higher cost. Care free, guilt free, no visiting hours, tax deductible!

Of course normal buying and selling could be done.
But there is a percentage of merchants in SL that wants to 'optimize' their profit.
And that is not only done with gachas.

A few weeks ago I saw a nice shirt on someone, so I inspected and went to that store.
Thoses shirts were only available as single items in pretty lame colors.
If I wanted that nice shirt, I would have to buy the 25 colors fatpack for more than 1,000 L$ (if I recall correctly 1,400).
Robbery at its finest.
So I live my SL life without that shirt.

Won't fly. That idea will drop dead like a lead zeppelin in Sansar. People see through it and worse yet: can calculate the total prize in advance. It lacks the "Let's try, maybe I'm lucky" to "Next draw I'll be lucky" phallacy progression that was the predatory mechanism behind gacha.

As long as there are traditional ways of purchasing things, I will simply stay away from them.
Almost all stuff is available with simple purchases.
And when there are a few items I would like but aren't available in a normal way? Bad luck. I can't purchase that Maserati that I like in RL either.

Hosted, past tense. Early days in SL, which is about, OMG, 8 years ago now. (I feel SL-old).
Gestures were only really annoying if they spammed local chat with a wall of text and ASCII. Maybe some of the ones with sound. Might've gotten worse since then, of course.

In the US, Kinder eggs are vastly different than in the civilized parts of the world. You get your branding covered 2 part white egg. It is 2 parts with one part holding your "toy". The best of which looks like crap compared to the worst of the ones from real Kinder eggs. The other half is covered. Peeling it open reveals some of the nastiest "chocolate" ever created by someone. It has some sort of "frosting on it and two cancerous tumors. I have the bike in the pic below and it is probably the best thing from the USATROCITY Kinders and it comes part the moment you push it.
