Presumably they're much the same people who believe school shootings are staged by crisis actors working on behalf of the deep state (probably paid for by George Soros on behalf of the Illuminati), that Hillary Clinton was involved in a pedophile ring operating out of a pizza shop and that Q-anon is a reliable source of information.
I'm never actually sure how much of their nonsense these people do, in fact, actually believe. I mean, if people really did believe that children were being kidnapped and then sold on to prominent politician out of a Washington DC pizza shop, then presumably rather more than just one of them would have felt impelled to attend the shop and attempt to rescue the children from its non-existent basement, or at least to demonstrate outside the place to put a stop to such abuses.
Similarly, I'm not sure how many of them actually do think that it's more likely the Democrats have been sending each other bombs to improve their chances in the forthcoming elections than that some alt-right terrorists a mentally disturbed lone wolf was responsible. Some doubtless do, but many, I suspect, are simply content to repeat the explanation since it comforts them.
