Somewhat odd set of time/date stamps you have there. It took SL 24 hours exactly to tell you the user was not online. Then you sent a message 2 hours before you were told the first person was offline to a second person and immediately got the user offline message. Same story the third point of contact was reached out to, quick user is not online reply.

Lets put this in chronological order based on your time stamps with paranthesis for extra info
