Texas Florist Who Admitted to Being in Pelosi's Office Wants Case Moved from D.C. Because of 'Cancel Culture'
Jenny Cudd wants a change of venue, asserting she cannot get a fair trial in the liberal-heavy Washington, D.C. because of "cancel culture" | Law & Crimelawandcrime.com
Maybe she should have invaded her home town mayor's office instead, if she wanted a more hospitable culture. But the general rule is you get tried where the crime happened.![]()

I wonder where she thinks they should try supporter of antifa or BLM who travelled from Washington DC to Texas to join in a protest and got herself arrested for invading a public building.Maybe she should have invaded her home town mayor's office instead, if she wanted a more hospitable culture. Yet another man who acted as a bodyguard for Roger Stone has been charged with entering the Capitol on Jan. 6, expanding the circle of militia group members who were spotted guarding Stone and then allegedly participated in the attack on Congress.
Joshua James was charged with entering a restricted building, and obstructing an official proceeding and aiding and abetting, according to a criminal complaint filed Monday and unsealed Tuesday.
But an FBI agent’s affidavit in support of his arrest reveals prosecutors’ focus on the alleged VIP security operation run by several members of the Oath Keepers.
Furthermore, she admits basically, in the below statement, that the goal to at least some degree was "revolution", not observation. Dying and fighting do not imply observation. The rotten apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Judge Won't Ease Up on Maximum Security Detention and Isolation for 'Zip-Tie Guy's' Mother in Capitol Riot Case
The mother seen entering the U.S. Capitol with her plastic handcuffs-wielding son must remain in maximum security lockup pending trial, a federal judge ruled on Thursday.lawandcrime.com
Court papers quote Eisenhart claiming she and her son went the Capitol as “observers,” but she also said: “This country was founded on revolution… I’d rather die a 57-year-old woman than live under oppression. I’d rather die and would rather fight.”
There were a couple Game of Thrones episodes....Furthermore, she admits basically, in the below statement, that the goal to at least some degree was "revolution", not observation. Dying and fighting do not imply observation.
Trick question actually. She thinks antifa or BLM supporters should be simply executed on the spot. Trials are totally unneeded, since they are obviously wrong, and she is obviously right and should be let off scott free to attend a parade in her honor. The level of toxic narcissism is still off the charts all over the place.I wonder where she thinks they should try supporter of antifa or BLM who travelled from Washington DC to Texas to join in a protest and got herself arrested for invading a public building.
I am really frustrated by the people that were there, especially the ones that are in government and law enforcement. Even if they are innocent of stuff they should talk to lawyers and or the fbi because they know they might be vital witnesses to something without being aware.Investigators don't talk about what they are doing until they are ready to arrest or indict. If you let people know they are under investigation, they can destroy evidence, run, etc. That's why they started with the easiest to arrest people - the clowns who posted on social media or were photographed by others. Now they are working up the food chain by following the connections from those people to the ones higher up.
When they announce something like this (we have call information linking someone to the White House, but not who), it does two things. The person they are investigating might come forward to try and get a lesser sentence/cooperate, and it might shake loose someone else they didn't know about yet.
I think that my advice to anyone would be talk to lawyers before talking to the FBI, and in the name of sanity, never talk to law enforcement about anything, especially if you know you didn't do anything wrong, without your lawyer present and, for heaven's sake, listen to what they tell you and if they tell you to STFU, then do what they say.I am really frustrated by the people that were there, especially the ones that are in government and law enforcement.
