The communications director for Rep. Lauren Boebert of Colorado, a firebrand Republican freshman who boasts about carrying a gun to work, has quit after less than two weeks on the job.

Yeah. One would think either fear or anger, or both, would’ve prompted him to implement those proceedings with great alacrity. But that would be the sane and reasonable response.

Makes me wonder what Trump has on him. Perhaps a little investigation about Russian help in the 2016 election? Either that or it's some sort of weird Christian thing where he feels he must forgive the person who wanted him murdered.

There is a time for forgiveness. I don't think someone wanting you murdered is one of them, at least in regard to penalizing them. One can always forgive later, once the perpetrator is safely ensconced in prison.

A: he was the least popular man in Indiana. B: He thought it was his shot to be President one day.

Now he just wants to not be on the A list of Worst People Ever. I mean, Baghdad Bob is still alive and well somewhere in the UAE, living a quiet leave me alone life. Turbo-WASP country club decorum is usually alright with that sort of fate.

Though if you own an apartment in one of his buildings, it's not going to be very easy to sell right now, I'd have thought.

And I'm not sure for how much longer his buildings will remain his, as some of his huge loans and mortgages over the next couple of years.

His family owns a lot of apartment building in New York City. That's the basis that Fred Trump built his initial fortune on. I meant those.

For Trump Tower and the other "condo" type buildings, just stop paying management fees to the Trump Organization until they get new management.

Pence's wife and daughter were also with him in the Capitol and at some point, they were less than 100 feet away from the terrorists.
