Wait a sec., they are not paying US taxes but want aid money?
Such a grift.

On the other hand they employ a heck of a lot of American citizens. And they buy obscene volumes of food and goods from domestic suppliers, more than any other bulk customer I'd be willing to bet.

FFS at this point in the Defecating Rump presidency, videos of him should be blue/red shifted. The more falsely exaggerated his claims the more the screen turns completely red. The more he falsely minimizes/denies or evades, the more blue the video glows. Blanking him out completely for extremes.

Well, he certainly is a glass half full kind of guy.

Someone's typing out some version of YOU MEAN 96.6% FULL KINDA GUY AMIRITE?
Wouldn't that be 60% full? Or is this some meme I haven't seen yet? :D

Where was Chucky? I didn't see Chucky.
On the shelf next to him, but only in the latter part of the video. :)

No.

It’s more like a heck of a lot of people receiving little to no benefits who are paid terrible wages give them the opportunity to make profits.

In a country where the social net is horrid because govt doesn’t tax corporations enough. A country where these cruise lines don’t pay taxes.

They buy lots of goods? So does everyone.

Fuck them.

Pennsylvania grocery store throws away $35.000 worth of food after a woman moved throughout the store deliberately coughing on everything

The unnamed woman entered small grocery chain Gerrity's Supermarket in Hanover Township and started coughing on produce, bakery items, meat and other merchandise, chain co-owner Joe Fasula wrote on Facebook.

Staff quickly removed her from the store and called Hanover Township Police, who found her a few hours later and took her into custody, Police Chief Albert Walker told CNN.

Hanover Township police said the woman "intentionally contaminated" the food, and they plan to file criminal charges against her once her mental health treatment concludes.

Officials don't believe she's infected with coronavirus but "will make every effort to see that she is tested," Fasula wrote.

Despite considering what she did a "very twisted prank," Fasula said the store threw out every item she came into contact with and worked with a local health inspector to identify and disinfect areas she entered.
JUST A PRANK BRO

I had to make a special post to thank you for this pst. Grifters want to never pay in their share but have their hand out when they need it. We all need it. We all pay our taxes, we all go shopping, but we don't all lobby against others who need assistance as they do. We all buy things when we need to and nobody gives us tax breaks to do so on the order of what they demand, constantly.

This idea that businesses somehow are superior to us is a fatal flaw in logic. They already get tax write offs for buying supplies, going to meetings, plopping down a store in our community, blah blah that none of the rest of us get for merely living. We've elevated them to some "special status" and it's time that go away. They get "special dispensation" by merely declaring themselves a corporation that "claims" to add to our community. I don't see that. I see them TAKING from our community and not giving back. Once upon a time they did, but not so much anymore. Greed has been rewarded and they have acted accordingly.

Also, this more applies to businesses run by the uber wealthy and not so much at all to small businesses.

Not that I know anything about the business or US tax law but could it not be the case that the cruise companies making the claims would be US companies selling cruises on the liner, acting as travel agents for the offshore company that owns the liner? They almost certainly belong, directly or indirectly, to the owners of the cruise liners, but I bet that's roughly how it's structured.
