“And we’ve also had huge drops in — and I’ll tell you, this is something that’s amazing: African American unemployment is now doing better than it’s ever done. And I don’t know where that stat came from, but I’ll take it,” he said. “I don’t know where the hell that stat come — but we’ll take it.”

The mystery “stat” isn’t true.

I mean, what do you think my mood is? Happy that climate change will flood/burn this country down shortly after his administration finishes looting it? Not really. Sorry. Oversharing. I'm not used to being asked.​

Cut cancer research.. has cronies running major news/media outlets to control the messaging... what's the point of working out or eating healthy. I'm not counting on having much of a support system when I get old and feeble, so what's the point in focusing on longevity?​

There's a big difference, though, between what we generally mean when we talk about feeling depressed (about health, relationships, work, finances, the state of the country, or any or all of them in combination) and clinical depression, which can be completely debilitating but, fortunately for me, can be pretty well controlled with antidepressants.

These don't make you happy. They simply help you suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune rather than allow yourself to be overwhelmed by a sea of troubles.

A trade deficit is what happens when a country earns less from what it exports than what it spends on exports. Essentially, it’s not the sort of thing you’d ever expect a president to be proudly sharing.

However, that’s what Trump has been accused of doing after writing on Truth Social, “US trade deficit widens by the most in nearly 34 years," before linking to a Reuters article.

Journalist and commentator Mark Slapinksi was one of the many people to react to the post, writing: “Trump doesn't understand what a trade deficit is.”
