It wasn't just a 'dad' thing. I dealt with a mom listening to Limbaugh for years. Years and years.

I seem to recall being in the room -once- while my dad was listening to his show. Sudden Onset Acute Tourettes in spades.
blah blah blah {FUH QUE!!} .. blah blah blah blah femmeNazis bl- {FUUUHHH QUUUUE AGAIN!}.

Afterwards, dad listened to his show in the garage/hobby-room which is full of toxic smelling paints/glues/fuels/oils and pipe smoke and no one else in the family can stand it.
