Certainly it made me look for the training the British police use, and from what they say, once the prone suspect has been subdued, whether by krav manga or any other technique, and handcuffed, then he should be allowed to sit or stand, because it's such a dangerous position in which to restrain him.
You are correct. You have nothing to prove to any of us. Your post history tells us all we need to know. Don't feel like you have to defend yourself to us because of the fuckwits who happen to live near you. Proximity doesn't mean much. What matters is what is in your heart. I see on Twitter that inflammatory flyers are said to have been circulated on social media, purporting to be issued by BLM but presumably fakes made by far right groups, encouraging BLM supporters to march through white areas of Merrick and loot them.
I'm frustrated because I'm afraid it will make things worse whether now or in future.
I'm sure they have. They've been using this tactic, throughout.
As an aside - if “bellend” means what I think it means, the polite(ish) equal here would be “pud” but in the above example it would more accurately be “massive fucking dickhead.”
