Donald Trump doesn't write all of the tweets that come out of his account. Fortunately, there are plenty of tells for when it's someone else.

the fact it was sent (unless I've messed up the time zones) at 7 in the morning and isn't threaded would seem to suggest it's Trump (though it is correctly spelled, which might argue it's one of his staff, unless he was prepared to concede Spellcheck might know better than him about how to spell).

If anyone ever manages to ask Trump what measures he has in mind to regulate or ban social media, the reply should be entertaining.

Trump can't actually do anything to Twitter of course; but you know, this is one time I think to myself "too bad". The world would probably be better without Twitter in many ways. Sadly the one GOOD thing it actually does is kill off competing platforms that are more openly-Nazi, and if Twitter went away it couldn't do that anymore.

It has its uses, although the political stuff pretty much drowns out the fun and silly stuff recently. Like the Doctor Who tweet-alongs that have been happening at intervals since lockdown. They're fun, and connecting with fellow nerds.
Things like that help you feel connected with people are important right now. There's probably other ways of doing it, but organizing would be tougher without Twitter. Social media is sort of a necessary evil. Dump and his acolytes are unnecessary evil.
