Like detrius, I wouldn't put it past some people to conduct a false flag operation either.
I would NEVER call it a "false flag operation" because the word "operation" implies some degree of planning, professionalism and application of skills.

What's happening here is just that the guy in charge of the FBI and the people surrounding him are incompetent, conspiracy-brained hacks who obviously are just trying to pin any act of violence committed by gun-owning Americans on "The Left" by scouring the internet for images of bullets that have a stripped-down manifesto written on them.

It's as if these guys looked at the healthcare CEO shooting from a few months ago - the one with the "delay", "deny", "depose" bullets - and just couldn't comprehend that Luigi Mangione took issue with the healthcare industry's practice of rejecting legitimate claims. Their little minds just can't handle the possibility that someone might genuinely be opposed to the concept of a corporate overlord exercising his (in their minds) natural privilege, so they got stuck with the impression that Leftists all sign their bullets and blank out the actual thought process that motivated the act.

And now these clowns are running the circus, with the clear objective to blame all crime on predesignated targets - but since they lack creativity, they just try the same thing over and over again, like one-trick-ponies. This is intern-level bullshit.

Shooters used to leave interminable "manifestos" or upload the whole event to social media. Ever since Luigi Mangione, though, they've taken to writing things on their shell cases. I blame these G-Z kids and their texting -- they can't write coherent sentences of any length, I guess. Though at least they have to use manuscript for their brief pronouncements.

I'm surprised they're not just inking "💀lol" on the ammo.
I'm waiting for someone to start a business selling special stickers for ammunition, a bit like bumper stickers. You could have left-wing ones, right-wing ones, and politically neutral ones like "Hello Kitty."

(I'm tempted to remark about "making a killing," but not even I will sink so low.)

Ammo bumper stickers. Hmm... I can imagine that would work for magazines and/or storage cannisters, and of course the guns too. But on bullet casings - might be a fire hazard.

Based on my own decades of observation, if it sells someone will make it and advertise the living crap out of it.
Since the liberty of the citizen in a constitutional republic apparently depends upon their having the ability to take pot-shots at small children and at people with whose politics they disagree, should they take it into their heads so to do, I think they should certainly also have the ability to decorate their shell casings as they please.

Hundreds of Alligator Alcatraz detainees drop off the grid after leaving site
As of the end of August, the whereabouts of two-thirds of more than 1,800 men detained at Alligator Alcatraz during the month of July could not be determined by the Miami Herald. The Herald had obtained the names from two detainee rosters.

Around 800 detainees showed no record on ICE’s online database. More than 450 listed no location and only instructed the user to “Call ICE for details” — a vague notation that attorneys said could mean that a detainee is still being processed, in the middle of a transfer between two sites or about to be deported.
It’s possible that some of the men who couldn’t be located were still at Alligator Alcatraz. Unlike most immigration detention centers, Alligator Alcatraz is state-run and detainees often do not appear in the database run by the federal agency. Florida does not maintain a system to look up those detained at the site either.

But that wouldn’t have accounted for all the detainees with no record in the federal database, because the facility’s population had declined dramatically by late August, falling below 400 people as an Aug. 21 court ruling effectively halted operations at the site.
What is this fucking administration up to?!

ICE Agents Rappel From Black Hawk Helicopters Into Chicago for Major Raid
Federal agents rappelled from a Black Hawk helicopter onto the rooftops of Chicago residential buildings, launching a sweeping immigration enforcement operation targeting suspected Tren de Aragua gang members, according to NewsNation.

The operation, led by ICE with support from the FBI and U.S. Border Patrol, was designed to apprehend high-priority targets connected to the Venezuelan crime syndicate that U.S. authorities have accused of trafficking, violence, and other cross-border crimes.

Watch the video of a new report about this posted on Bluesky, and tell me if it looks like they're going after "Venezuelan crime syndicate" members.

Arkansas man, arrested over perfume bottle police mistook for ‘opium’, seeks to restore visa

Kapil Raghu, an Indian national married to an American woman and working towards American citizenship, was detained on 3 May after police officers in Benton, a suburb of Little Rock, pulled him over for having a non-moving traffic violation, according to his attorney, Mike Laux.

During the traffic stop, police found a small perfume bottle in his car labeled “Opium” and arrested Raghu for possessing narcotics, even though he told them the bottle contained perfume and the word “opium” referred to the scent. The bodycam video obtained by local network THV11 shows police accusing Raghu of having an illegal substance in his vehicle.

I could see that.

The plastic and adhesive residue of the sticker would probably jam the round and make the gun unusable, a trifecta of public safety, freedom of expression, and Darwinism.
