Yes, this is factually true. His businesses have not kept up with the S&P 500 by a long shot. If he would have just sold all his assets and invested the cash in the stock market in a simplistic manner he'd be much better off. His dad and grandfather were good at real-estate, but he was not.

Any "businessman" who in 2024 backs Trump deserves everything that happens to them. He loses in court. He loses at the ballot box. He can barely utter a coherent sentence.
