"Europe needs to be more self sustainable"

"No not like that!"

Make up your mind dumbass.

I imagine the real issue is that they are stronger from (Russian) corruption together and general manipulation together. Which is the point. Everyone is stronger together.

So here's my question: DOGE is supposedly focused on rooting out "waste, fraud and abuse" in it's "cost-cutting" efforts. If this is the case, what exactly was it about ebola prevention that got it mistakenly selected under the categories of waste, fraud or abuse?

I mean, when was the last time anyone had Ebola? Seems like a waste.

Every six to eight months there's suddenly a big internet kerfluffle about "the Epstein files" being RELEASED!!!, but they were actually released around two years ago and everything that's been re-uploaded since then has just been the exact same files again.

Gabbard will not tolerate discussions of things like grabbing women by their pussy, I assume.

Over 100 US intelligence staff fired over sexually explicit chats
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard said that more than 100 employees from across the intelligence community had been fired for using a secure government chat normally used to share sensitive information to participate in sexually explicit conversations.

In an interview with Fox News Tuesday night, Gabbard described their use of the National Security Administration tool as “an egregious violation of trust” that went against “basic rules and standards around professionalism.”

“I put out a directive today that they will all be terminated and their security clearances will be revoked,” Gabbard said.

This is spectacularly corrupt, which is saying something given all that is happening. The FAA is considering cancelling a $2 billion contract with Verizon to build a new air traffic control communication system and award the contract to SpaceX. It is fucking insanity. Musk went after the FAA because they had fined him and were investigating him, and now this. I FUCKING HATE THIS COUNTRY.

In a significant political development, five former U.S. defense secretaries have publicly denounced President Donald Trump's recent dismissals of high-ranking military officials, labeling the actions as reckless and politically motivated. The former officials expressed their concerns through a formal letter, urging Congress to intervene and halt the confirmation of Trump's successors for these critical military roles.

The letter, which was signed by four secretaries who served in Democratic administrations along with James Mattis, Trump's first Secretary of Defense, highlights the potential implications of Trump's actions on the integrity of the U.S. military. The dismissals include the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and senior legal officers from the Army, Navy, and Air Force, raising alarms about the politicization of the armed forces.

The signatories, who include William Perry, Leon Panetta, Chuck Hagel, and Lloyd Austin, emphasized that Trump's decisions could undermine the principle of an apolitical military and threaten national security. They voiced their belief that these dismissals were motivated by partisan interests rather than legitimate national security concerns.

Trump announced the firings on a Friday, but details surrounding the rationale for such unprecedented changes remain unclear. The letter's authors expressed grave concerns that the removals could discourage individuals from considering military careers, as their professional trajectories might become entangled with political considerations.

The former defense secretaries called for Congress to conduct hearings aimed at assessing the national security risks posed by these dismissals. They urged both the House and Senate to fulfill their constitutional oversight responsibilities in light of what they described as reckless actions by the president.
