Sadly not only a British problem. Last week a Norwegian man was arrested for raping a 17 year old Ukrainian refugee and there was a similar case in Germany two weeks or so ago.

Here's an interesting video. This is of course official information from the Ukrainian government so it shold be taken with a grain of salt but the Russian losses Arestovych lists fit fairly well with the number of documented losses at oryxspioenkop.com.

But perhaps most interesting is that he says he suspects there are "at least five" spies in Moscow. Arestovych is a former Ukrainian intelligence officer and instructor on psychological warfare and now an advisor to the Ukrainian president. He doesn't suspect there are spies in Moscow, he knows exactly how many there are and possibly even their names. He's playing mind games with the Russians of course and it's absolutely brilliant.

I am not clear on exactly what venue Russia can sue people in, for Russia defaulting on soverign debt. If such a magical, universal venue exists, why would it permit the things Russia is doing in Ukraine, but prohibit people from observing that Russia is insolvent?

I mean, Putin can obviously have the local Moscow traffic court hear the case, or put together a private arbitration panel, but I don't understand why Reuters would behave as if that has any legitimacy.

Seems to me, Putin threateaning to sue is like a toddler threateaning to sue over bed time. It is cute when a toddler does it, but when Putin does it, we have to question his sanity.
