I took a look at the website's detailed reasons for the rating, and it seems they're conflating The Guardian's straight reporting, which they agree is generally accurate, with the paper's Op-eds (or, more specifically, the Op-eds' headlines), which they say are sometimes misleading and partisan.hmm. I tried Soen's website for The Guardian and it got a mixed result.

The Guardian - Bias and Credibility
LEFT-CENTER BIAS These media sources have a slight to moderate liberal bias. They often publish factual information that utilizes loaded wordsmediabiasfactcheck.com
I'd agree with that -- indeed, some of the paper's regular columnists sometimes grumble about the headlines the sub-editors write for them -- but I think it misses the point rather.
When the paper's editorial content fails the fact-checks, at least according to the website, it's generally when they uncritically report studies by campaigning organisations without checking their details.
For what it's worth, I think most people in the UK would regard The Guardian, The Times, The Independent, iNews, and the Financial Times as generally reliable, along with the BBC, ITV and Sky News.
