What does he even hope to accomplish by doing that? Budget transparency? How many Americans even know how to read a blockchain?

Here's an idea: If you want budget transparency, post the budget and expenditures on the internet!

I've been thinking for months, now, that the coming election could genuinely be a bloodbath - for the GOP. I may end up being totally wrong (I was in 2016) but I can't think of a single sign that bodes positively for Trump.
