Was that Twinax the manufacturer or did it use twinax cable for long distance serial connections?
Sorry, missed this earlier, they were IBM terminals that used twin axial cables for long distance serial connections. It was a step up from DECWriters except that we had to pickup our output. They were nice for exploring caves and dungeons without spending copious amounts of paper.

I have this flexbox set up on the website I have been working on for work.

It didn't work in IE but worked in Chrome and Firefox.

Then, inexplicably, it worked in IE, and not in Firefox.

My full SL name used to break dialog boxes, because Bubblesort Triskaidekaphobia is more than 24 characters long. The issue is more rare now, because scripters have gotten better at accounting for that kind of thing, but every now and then it still causes problems.

After talking with several, most of them believed names were immutable and I'm the only one who bothered with the extra indirection of UUID.

The bug was apparently updating the copyright date on the website headers.

Digging through robin's feed, I see they're working for a blockchain company building a gallery website for NFTs.

WTF?

I use that style for writing HTML. Put all the DIV level markup in column 72, out of the way of the running text.

To be honest, I gotta admit actually writing content in HTML at all instead of using a framework wrapping markdown or something is kind of retro these days.

Also often expressed as "Let's open a new Jira to put a stake in this and roll the rest out to staging."

MDN announced they are launching a premium service, called MDN Plus. It's not launched, so I don't know how I feel about this yet. When MDN first announced it they did a survey, people are saying they were asking if people would pay $5 or $10 a month for it, so it's not going to be wildly expensive.
