(Reuters) - Louisiana lawmakers have advanced a bill that would abolish abortion in the state, grant constitutional rights to "all unborn children from the moment of fertilization" and classify abortion as a homicide crime.

The move on Wednesday came two days after a leaked draft ruling showed the U.S. Supreme Court poised to overturn the 1973 landmark Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion nationwide. The court's final ruling is expected in June.

In the US you don't really own land either. Try not paying your land rent (property or income taxes). The government will show up and evict you.

It's not like I haven't owned 4 homes. Only one of them isn't on land I "own" and that's the 14x60 where I live now.

Look at how many people, kids and adults, are climbing on the cable all the way out until it goes under water completely behind the sign. They know they aren't supposed to be on it or even near it, but they do it any way. Just like the Repugs and other conservatives do. They completely ignore their own health and safety, as well as everyone else's.

The only thing I disagree with is that Republicans are the only ones who do this. Both sides of the very corrupted US government do whatever they want ALL the time!

Nancy Pelosi being at the top of that list.

Many of the people upset about "women's rights" [ which I agree with by the way, to a point ] - are the same people determined to prohibit / outlaw vaping! What about my body? What about an adult's right to choose?

People pick and choose depending on what THEY want and believe with little or no regard for other human beings. Not always - but often.
